Which Valentine’s Day chocolate is the best?

Valentine’s day is over, and it is now time rejoice with clearanced candies. Now even though the candy is half off you still wouldn’t want to waste your three dollars on the wrong candy. So I took it upon myself to waste my money and try some of the most popular ones for you.

M&M’s : 5/10

M&M’s are a great candy to go with all year round. They have a classic taste and size that makes them mess free and easy to take on the go. They are a good choice to go with when there are no other options available .

Ferrero Rocher : 9/10

This is my go to Valentines Day candy. This candy tastes mature and elegant. The Only downside is that this candy can be a little bit pricey but the extra two or three dollars is well worth it. They also melt pretty quickly so make sure you eat them fast!

Ghirardelli Chocolate : 7/10

Ghirardelli is a great chocolate by itself, but unfortunately the Valentines day boxes all come with filled chocolates. I don’t normally mind having caramel filling if its my only option, but who wants raspberry jelly like filling in a chocolate bar? So if you’re interested in buying Ghirardelli try just getting the plain milk chocolate.

Lindor : 4/10

Lindor is an okay chocolate. It does not easily melt in your mouth but it does melt in your hands without a problem. I also found it hard to find this Valentines day candy without some sort of weird filling to leave a bad taste in your mouth and the plain milk chocolate was not horrible, but not great either.

Russell Stover : 6/10

This chocolate was reasonably priced and you do get a lot of chocolate. The assorted box comes with the weirdest fillings that leave a bad taste in your mouth, but I really like the plain milk chocolate and the caramel filled one was also really good.

There is an abundance of post-Valentine’s day chocolate to choose from, as shown by this list. However, I’d advise choosing one of the higher ranked ones to indulge in when you go clearance shopping this year.
